1. Simulator Booking Refunds
- Cancellations: Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be given store credit.
- No-Shows: Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled booking will not receive a refund.
- Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their booking up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will be subject to availability and approval of staff.
- Eligibility: Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase if it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
- Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Opened or used merchandise
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@flatoutsimracing.com to receive a return authorization. Returns must be sent to the address provided in the authorization.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@flatoutsimracing.com for assistance.
