How to Book Your Private Event
- Select event duration (2, 3, or 4 hours)
- Choose your preferred date and time
- Submit booking online
- Flostate confirms race format and event details

How many people can attend?
Up to 40 guests.
How many can race at once?
Multiple drivers rotate through structured sessions to maximize seat time. We have 10 sim rigs in shop.
Do guests need experience?
No. Events are designed for all skill levels.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. Catering options are also available.
Is alcohol allowed?
BYOB is available for PRIVATE EVENTS ONLY. All attendees must be 21 years of age, ID's will be checked at the door. The booking owner will be required to sign our BYOB Policy. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. Private events require a deposit to secure the date.
How far in advance should we book?
We require private events to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Private events can be booked as far out as 60 days.
